SWEET PIES:
-toasted coconut cream pie: a lightly sweetened, lightly toasted coconut cream filling, covered in our lofty freshly whipped cream

-lemon curd with whipped cream pie: our tart lemon curd covered in our lofty freshly whipped cream

-s’mores pie with Peeps topping!: a graham cracker crust, our fudgy chocolate filling, topped in a marshmallow topping with a twist … dollops of homemade marshmallow cream interspersed with Peeps marshmallow candies!

QUICHE:
-quiche lorraine: ham, gruyere and caramelized onions nestled in fluffy eggs and baked in our flakey pie crust
-springy vegetable quiche: asparagus, shallot, leeks, sundried tomatoes and feta in fluffy eggs and baked in our flakey pie crust
